This legal notice repeals Legal Notice 43 of 2020 and provides that,  upon the closure of government departments due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the running of all legal times imposed on a notary public for the registration of deeds, wills, acts, private writings, paying of taxes, or any term related to fiscal benefits or the submission of documentation to any authority or regulator shall be suspended without any further requirement. The expiration term for any promise of sale agreement (konvenju) which has been registered with the Commissioner for Revenue according to law is suspended. The suspension will be lifted following the lapse of 20 days following the repeal of the order of closure.
