This legal notice amendment the Suspension of Organised Events Order and provides that sports activities are now allowed to be organised as long as they are  in open spaces and in accordance with the list issued by the Superintendent of Public Health for individual and group training, and are limited to 6 people at a time.

As for the organisation of other public events, the Superintendent of Public Health retains the discretion to grant an exemption, subject to measures which may be imposed, so long as they are held in public or open spaces which are organised in such a manner to enable the public to maintain the required social distance and other preventative measures.
