This Legal Notice is intended to facilitate proceedings before the Commissioners for Justice by amending the Local Tribunals (Delivery of Summons) Regulations.  The Local Enforcement System Agency is being empowered to demand information regarding the last registered address of a physical person from the Identity Malta Agency.
