This order is to be read in conjunction with Legal Notice 61 of 2020 and provides that, when the Superintendent orders the closure of the courts in order to guard against the control of infectious diseases, this order shall suspend all legal and judicial times, including peremptory time periods and prescription in criminal and civil matters.

This suspension will last until 7 days following the repeal of the order by notice in the Government Gazette.
