This Legal Notice amends the first schedule and second schedule of the Development Planning Act by giving more powers to the Executive Council and the Chairperson in that meetings can be conducted through electronic means. The public would be invited to participate during meetings through a notice posted on the electronic portal of the Planning Authority.
