Legal Notice 114 of 2020 Closure of Vehicle Roadworthiness Testing Stations (Amendment No. 2) Order, 2020 – 30.03.2020
In addition to those vehicles which may be tested at VRT stations in terms of Legal Notice 102 of 2020, roadworthiness tests may only be carried out on the following vehicles:
- used imported motor vehicles prior to their first registration with Transport Malta,
- motor vehicles garaged prior to 20th March 2020 and whose owners require the issue of new registration plates and new vehicle licenses so that the garaged vehicles can be placed on the road once again,
- vehicles whose licence expired prior to 20th March 2020, and
- vehicles requiring a roadworthiness certificate in view of being transferred to a third party.
- used imported motor vehicles prior to their first registration with Transport Malta,
