This Legal Notice amends article 2 of the Closure of VRT Stations Order (Legal Notice 91 of 2020) by adding an exception to the closure order in the case of  VRT stations specifically authorised to carry out roadworthiness tests on heavy goods vehicles and trailers are to remain open. These vehicles are those which are covered by of which have a pending application to be covered by a Community licence for the carriage of goods.
