This Legal Notice amends the Closure of the Courts of Justice Order by deleting the words “and the registry” in regulation 3 thereof.

Although this amendment was intended to enable the opening of the court registry, it seems to have the opposite effect since the deletion of the phrase above removes the power of the Court to order the opening of its registry during the period of the court closure.

Any time limits which were suspended prior to the coming into force of this amendment, shall remain suspended.
