Mark is a multitasking and multidisciplinary individual and performs the role of the firm’s Managing Partner. His days are mostly spent in meetings and attending contracts for clients, at his desk reviewing documents for financial services institutions, dissecting contracts, offering consultancy with regards to fiduciary services and dealing with intellectual property issues.
He is the firm’s lead partner when dealing with foreign high net-worth individuals desiring to obtain citizenship or residence in Malta. He is also often requested to assist clients with their estate and tax planning and is a trusted advisor to various organisations including banks, insurance companies, governmental authorities and national foundations.
In his free time, Mark writes technical articles for magazines on a variety of work-related topics. He is also active within environmental organisations, giving them pro bono legal advice and assisting them where his help is requested.
