The 14-day mandatory period of quarantine period now also applies to persons who come in contact with persons who are diagnosed as suffering from COVID-19. This fourteen-day period starts from when the person receives an order, in a written or oral form, from the Superintendent of Public Health.

Should a person in mandatory quarantine require a service which requires the entry into the premises where quarantine is being affected, he or she shall inform that person or entity who will be rendering that service that he or she is subject to quarantine.
