Suspension will continue to apply in respect of any time limit laid down in any agreement, and includes any time limit for the performance of any obligation set out in the agreement if and to the extent that the Closure of Courts  of Justice Order (Legal Notice 65  of 2020)  has a direct effect on the ability of any party to exercise its rights or to perform its obligations in terms of the agreement. This suspension will remain in force until the expiration of 20 days from the lifting of the court closure, following which the time limits will continue to run.
