Upon the closure of government departments due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the running of all legal times imposed on a notary public for the registration of deeds, wills, acts, private writings, paying of taxes, or any term related to fiscal benefits or the submission of documentation to any authority or regulator shall be suspended. The expiration term for any promise of sale agreement (konvenju) which has been registered with the Commissioner for Revenue according to law is suspended. The suspension will be lifted following the lapse of 45 days to be calculated after the day when the Superintendent repeals the order.
