This Legal Notice amends the Epidemics and Infectious Disease (Suspension of Legal and Judicial Times) Order as amended. by deleting the words “the opening of its registry” in sub-regulation (2) of regulation 3 thereof.

Although this amendment was intended to enable the opening of the court registry, it seems to have the opposite effect since the deletion of the phrase above removes the power of the Court to order the opening of its registry during the period of the court closure.

Any time limits which were suspended prior to the coming into force of this amendment, shall remain suspended.
