This legal notice specifies that police officials are to notify any person who fails to observe quarantine regulations by means of a notice which is to be delivered personally or by affixing it in a conspicuous place at the offender’s address.  The requirements for the validity of such a notice are specified and should the offender fail to pay the penalty within 15 days from the termination of the quarantine period, proceedings are to be instituted ed before a Commissioner for Justice.
